The exquisite Fritz Dark Water Almond Leaf Extract is a luxurious natural water conditioner that contains concentrated tannis from the Terminalia catappa tree. These tannins referred to as Indian Almond Leaves create a blackwater experience that is perfect for Bettas shrimp and other fish. With its humic acids and tannins that are known for their antibacterial properties this formulation is ideal for all soft-water fish – from betta and discus to tetras angelfish and killifish. Usage is simple – just add 1 tsp (5ml) of the product per gallon (3.8L) of new water during changes or 6 drops per cup (236mL). Each application will deliver 1 ppm tannin – no need to worry about overdosing.
